- Raised & held three war-cogitators serving 30,000 souls daily; led a full re-forging of the war-frame to its next great mark and raised greenfield works end to end (ESLint, Prettier, Husky, Sentry, i18n, GTM, Grafana watch-wards).
- Kept the law of the forge — conventions, unflinching review, a review-rite augured by machine-oracles (LLM self-review), automated quality-gates, and the upkeep of all dependencies.
- Commanded a cadre of three wrights — breaking war into tasks, tracking debt in Jira, shielding them with honest reckoning, and trialing recruits.
- Stood between the Enginseers (backend), the Watch (DevOps), the Strategos (product) and the Lord-Commander (CTO).
PAVEL NOVAIKIN
Ten years forging the war-cogitators of the Dominion — the glowing helm-glyphs through which warriors see and command. Three years commanding the wrights who keep them burning. I take the formless decree and beat it into a weapon that serves both the soldier and the throne.

after my rites
A wright turned commander. Across ten years he has built, scaled and held the war-cogitators of the Dominion through campaigns in the coin-vaults, the exchange-bastions, the colosseum data-vaults and the high news-spires — from real-time trading engines to a news-platform that ten-times-three-thousand souls touch each day.
Moving between such different theatres has taught him to make ready with grim speed, to choose the right rite for each war, and to swear fealty to no single tool or machine-spirit. He has raised greenfield works from bare rockcrete, hardened them against the warp of bad data, and grown cadres of wrights through review, mentorship and the trial of recruits — fighting shoulder to shoulder with the Enginseers (backend), the Watch (DevOps) and the Strategos (product).
He brings, besides, an artificer's eye for heraldry and form, the proofing-rites of Mocha and Jest, and a relentless hand at hunting faults in the cogitator's deepest cogs.
- Forged several key bastions of the main holdfast, mending its structure and the soldier's sightlines.
- Bore the war-frame through a great-mark migration without breaking the old ways.
- Re-cut how data is wrought, stored and shown — one-fifth swifter.
- Bound 5 foreign engines and 20+ allied wards into the core; took command when the sergeant was felled from the field.
- Forged & sharpened the core war-table (user dashboard) borne by ~20,000 souls.
- Raised a new herald-spire — a single-frame work of 5 great halls and 12 nested chambers.
- Built a standalone chronicle (blog) as its own work, bound to a Strapi reliquary.
- Forged two field-cogitators (Android & iOS) with NativeScript and Angular.
- Raised a help-desk front and an isomorphic Nuxt work from bare rockcrete.
- Set a ward-gate of authorization upon Keycloak.
- Commanded a cadre of six wrights — rites of muster, mentorship, the trial of recruits.
- Held the armoury & the law of quality; brought the rite of review and the watch over incidents.
- Converted the war-frame to the disciplined tongue (TypeScript); re-ordered it by SOLID law.
- Cut the soldier's burden (client CPU) and forged a middleware engine with automated deployment (Bamboo).
- Forged my appointed bastion within a vast, scalable war-frame for a great world-spanning order of games.
- Held a stable vox-tether (WebSocket) between front and middleware for real-time augur-data.
- Raised an email-engine front; took the war-decree straight from clients in the Germanic holds.
- Forged the service-front true to the pixel-perfect heraldry it was given.
- Wrought many bespoke Angular wards; proofed every new rite at each muster's end.
